Dr. Hassan Salari

Dr. Salari is an entrepreneur and scientist with over 30 years experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, diagnostic and medical device fields, specializing in highly sophisticated medical technologies and business development.
Prior to starting Lenis, Dr. Salari work expieriance included extensive formation of intellectual property, patent formation, product design, sourcing, manufacturing and operational area’s of several successful Companies.
Dr. Salari was previously the CEO of Pacific Therapeutics which was eventually sold to Teva Pharmaceuticals a division of Novartis for $330 million USD.
During his 30 year career, Dr Salari has served as both as an executive manager in several private and public companies as well as being an academic researcher and professor at several highly respected Universities. Dr. Salari has authored several books and white paper scientific literature. Dr Salari is the holder of over 20 patents.

Ms. Kelly Ryan: Ms. Ryan has worked with Dr. Salari in several joint ventures over 15 years. Ms. Ryan own’s a legacy marketing and advertising firm that has partnered with several medical companies to develop and sustain direct and indirect marketing campaigns to healthcare professionals and consumers. As a licensee to another very similar medical device Company, Ms. Ryan lead their U.S market role out with sales of 10,000 devices in the first year generating sales in excess of $3m.
Kelly Ryan was previously Founder, of Wall Street Media Group, Premier Media Service and Premier Distributing. She is currently the Founder and CEO of Lenis USA. Ms. Ryan is also and Board Member of Purse Power, Fix The Hurt, for prevention of domestic violence, Adviser to Papa’s Kids School House Foundation, Member of NAWBO, and Women Investing in Women.
Ms. Ryan has 35 years of experience working in the public markets in cooperation with investment bankers, attorneys and accountants and specializes in corporate structure and finance. Ms.. Ryan has throughout her career held many management positions including: Senior Loan officer with Regional Commercial lending institution, where she managed a 100 million dollar revolving commercial loan portfolio.
As an example of her fiscal capabilities, Ms. Ryan previously was the CFO for the largest U.S. dress manufacturer. Under her tenure she orchestrated a corporate turnaround in three years building sales from $7m to $65m and a net loss of several million a year to a net profit of $12 million-dollars per annum.

Scott McFarland is president of HealthBI where he leads the organization’s health information technology platforms and contact center solutions for providers, payviders, and payers. He is world-class at scaling software technologies and the teams that make them interoperable, efficient, and effective. Scott is often described as the ultimate utility player who balances his professional day as a technologist, systems architect, work flow/process designer, intellectual property attorney, operations guru, and P&L owner.
A nationally recognized health innovator and positive disruptor, Scott comes to HealthBI with executive management experience at leading healthcare organizations, including the Hawaii Health Systems Corporation (HHSC) where he served as CEO, Cleveland Clinic where he served as President of Wellness and Population Health, and Healthways where he led innovation, product development, and product management.
Immediately prior to joining HealthBI, Scott was SVP/GM of EXL Healthcare where he led BPO global service delivery for many national and regional health plans that outsourced delegated care coordination, medical cost management, UM, CM, DM, Stars, Gaps, and HEDIS functions.
Scott earned a Juris Doctor (JD) from the Drake University Law School and a Bachelor of Science (BS) from Purdue University.
Daniel Pettit is President and CEO of Encompass Holdings, LLC. Encompass Holdings, LLC is a diversified investment company with investments in twenty-seven different companiesfrom start-up to established, with a focus on agriculture, real estate, medical, technology, and other high growth industries. Encompass makes investments using a value-driven, experienced, innovative, and responsible approach.
Prior to Encompass Holdings, LLC, Daniel was a top performing in the financial services space where his career took him from a Top Rookie Agent at Modern Woodmen of America, to Managing Partner of Modern Woodmen in Clive, IA and top award winner with the organization. He then went on to a successful career in both Des Moines and Cedar Rapids with Mass Mutual as a top-level Sales Manager and was eventually a Senior Vice President at Financial Architects where he won multiple Gold Presidential Citation Awards. He founded his own firm Capital City Financial, where he served as CEO and Founder of Capital City until he sold in June of 2017.
Pettit has served on numerous non-profit and corporate boards and enjoys being active in his community. In 2015, Pettit and his wife founded Trailhead International Builders, a non-profit Christian organization which has a focus on raising initial funding for first-time churches, community centers, feeding centers, sports centers, and learning centers. The organization has done over 25 projects in thirteen countries, including Guatemala, Cuba, Kenya, Ukraine, and the Philippines with six more funded in the near future. Trailhead partners with companies and individuals who have a desire to serve both the physical and spiritual lives of those in need. Trailhead is unique in that 100% of individual and corporate donations go to projects and scholarships because Pettit and his wife cover all operational costs. In 2018, Pettit was recognized by JCI USA as one of the Ten Outstanding Young Americans for his humanitarian and philanthropy work and 2018 Outstanding Young Iowans.
He received an M.B.A. from Drake University in 2005, and a B.S.B.A in Management with an emphasis in marketing from Drake University in 2003.

Mark Timm has been a serial entrepreneur and exponential thinking practitioner for nearly two decades. He has started more than a dozen companies, several of which have multiplied and been sold, and has consequently participated in several equity events. His businesses have been built with international footprints in more than a dozen countries and powered by global supply chain connections and across diverse industries from retail to wholesale and from product manufacturing to digital marketing and real estate. Mark is currently CEO of Xponential, Inc., a rapidly growing venture with Kevin Harrington.
